Working JNI call of the Speex codec ! The main program will now check for the optional libencoursjni.so library. If it is present, then the native version of the Speex codex will be used instead of the pure Java version: lower CPU usage and possibly improved quality as the native code is more recent than the pure java port. The JNI library is completely optional and the program will still work without it.
